Samudra hails from Sri Lanka and has a Diploma in Nursing as well as a Bachelor of Science (Honours) in Nursing.
She has worked in a variety of healthcare and hospital settings, including Emergency, Surgical, Intensive Care and Paediatric. After nursing for 13 years in Sri Lanka, Samudra came to New Zealand in 2023 and completed her Competency Assessment Program to achieve NZ registration, joining Kingswood shortly thereafter.
She is passionate about working as a nurse in Psychogeriatric Care and is finding it highly fulfilling.
