Nicola grew up in rural Auckland and came to nursing later in life after completing a Bachelor of Nursing at Waikato Institute of Technology and Clinical Practice Development through the University of Auckland.
Nicola started her nursing career at the Waikato DHB in the Newborn Intensive Care Unit before she made the giant leap to the other side into Aged Care. She has been with Kingswood Healthcare since November 2019, just before Covid hit and so had a baptism of fire into the industry. Nicola has a passion for our older population and a particular interest in wound care.
