Randhika graduated with a Diploma in Nursing from General Nursing Training School in Colombo in 2004 and before moving to New Zealand in 2023 worked as a Registered Nurse in several hospitals in Sri Lanka, across General ICU and Medical Units. Before gaining NZNC Registration, Randhika has worked as a Senior Caregiver in our Psychogeriatric Unit since 2023.
